To get a slot at St. Andrews is a little tricky so we must start this process way in advance. Therefore I need to know if there is adequate interest to move forward. If no interest exists by April then nobody is hurt and I do not spend time as a travel consultant. We will need some level of commitment by mid June and I think that we need some level of interest(not commitment) by April. This is exploratory, so, if you think it worthy, please run it now on a rainy day so that us dreamers can begin to dream.
